Adept Engineering Pty Ltd is a Quality Endorsed Company specialising in metal components and the provision of general engineering services.
History
Adept Engineering Pty Ltd started its operations from a humble beginning as a cottage industry in South Blacktown NSW in September 1980 as an owner operated business, for the purpose of manufacturing subcontract fittings for the concrete industry. The reputation for quality fittings produced at this location grew rapidly and within a period of 6 months our range of products included stainless steel parts for beverage filling machines, stainless steel fittings for mine gas detecting equipment, specialised components for 205 litre drum manufacturing machinery and subcontract components for rail car bogies. Within the range of components manufactured and the complexity, it was decided that a Limited Company be formed and the operation be moved to a new location at Steel Street ,Blacktown in June 1982. The company Adept Engineering Pty Ltd was formed and continued to operate from these premises until a second move to Forge Street, Blacktown in April 1989. On the 23rd December 1997 the company moved to it's present location in Carnegie Place, Blacktown NSW.
The company continues to grow serving a number of industries, but its base line and specialty is High Pressure Gas Fittings. Faced with the problem of obtaining skilled labour to maintain the accuracies required for the manufacture of components, it was decided in September 1986 to invest in a computer controlled equipment of the latest technology for the production of fittings.
Adept Engineering continues with the upgrading of equipment and procedures to meet its growing needs and expectations of high quality components for its customers which include:
